Group control allows you to set a group for multiple smart plugs and control the connected appliances with a single tap. You can also share your smart plugs with your family members, allowing everyone to enjoy the smart life together.

Setting up GHome Smart Plugs is easy, as they connect to a 2.4 GHz network without the need for a hub. To ensure a quick connection, make sure to support Android 5.0 or iOS 13.0 and above, and press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until the indicator is blinking before connecting.

Once connected, you can control the outlet anywhere, but make sure the smart plug stays on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If you encounter connectivity issues, you can reset the smart plug and change the mode to AP mode, which is more compatible.

For dual-band routers, you can turn off the 5 GHz networking before the first connection, or set up different SSIDs for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, and then connect the plugs to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network only.

Our smart outlets are compatible with our app, as well as the Smart Life App and Tuya App. They can support home appliances with a maximum load power of 1200W and 10A, so be sure to check the load of your appliance before plugging it in.
